Food Security Navigation
Access to nourishing food is a vital part of wellness—but for many youth, especially those facing financial or housing challenges, it isn’t always guaranteed. Our Food Security Navigation Program supports BIPOC (Black, Indigenous or People of Colour) youth aged 16–29 in accessing reliable food resources that meet their needs with dignity and care. Whether it's connecting with local food banks, community meals, grocery gift cards, or other supports, we help youth find consistent, respectful options that reduce food insecurity.

We also offer guidance on how to navigate available services, support with applications, and tips for making food stretch when budgets are tight. Our approach goes beyond emergency food support—we work with youth to build longer-term strategies and connections that contribute to overall stability. This is about more than just meals—it's about connection, choice, and ensuring every young person has access to the nourishment they deserve.

If you're in Vancouver, British Columbia, and looking for support with food access—or know a young person who could use help finding consistent food resources—reach out to us. You can connect directly or submit a third-party referral form on their behalf. We're here to make sure no one has to face food insecurity alone.
