Our Programs
At Sage Nation Society, our programs are designed to support Indigenous and People of Colour youth through approaches that are rooted in culture, community, and care. Guided by the Seven Sacred Teachings, we walk alongside young people as they navigate complex life experiences, offering support that is consistent, relational, and grounded in respect.

We recognize that every young person’s journey is unique, and our programming reflects that. From addressing basic needs to fostering cultural reconnection, we focus on creating safe, inclusive spaces where youth feel seen, valued, and supported. Our work centers on building trust, strengthening identity, and encouraging self-determination through meaningful and culturally responsive supports.

Through community partnerships, culturally informed practices, and youth-led guidance, our programs aim to reduce barriers and promote healing, stability, and empowerment. Whether youth are seeking connection, guidance, or simply a place to be, Sage Nation is here to meet them with care and intention.

Our programs are open to Indigenous and People of Colour youth aged 16–29, with a focus on those who may not have consistent supports. We welcome all identities and experiences, and remain committed to fostering a sense of belonging, purpose, and possibility in every interaction.
