Weekly Hub Program
Weekly Hub
Weekly Zoom Life Skills Workshop, Vancouver, BC
Our Weekly Hub is a welcoming, low-barrier drop-in space where BIPOC (Black, Indigenous or People of Colour) youth aged 16 to 29 can simply show up, be themselves, and feel supported—no expectations, no pressure. Whether you're looking to take a break from the stress of daily life, connect with others, share a warm meal, or just have a quiet place to rest, the Hub is here for you. This space was created with the understanding that not all youth have consistent supports, and that sometimes, just having a place to go can make all the difference.

Each week, we offer light activities such as art-making, journaling, or cultural teachings, as well as access to snacks, tea, and meaningful conversation. We keep things flexible and youth-led—if you want to join in on something, you can; if you just want to sit, rest, and be, that's welcome too. Cultural elements such as smudging, teachings from Elders, and seasonal knowledge are offered regularly, creating space for reflection, grounding, and reconnection to identity and tradition.

For youth who prefer to engage remotely or can’t attend in person, we also host weekly Zoom-based life skills workshops, where we cover practical topics in a casual and supportive setting. Whether in person or online, the Hub is a space where you’re seen, valued, and not alone.

If you're in Vancouver, British Columbia, and looking for a space to unwind, connect, or access support—or if you know a young person who could use a gentle, welcoming place to land—we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to drop in, get in touch with our team, or submit a third-party referral form to get started. There’s always room at the table.
